In this Agreement, “you” and “Partner” refer to the business or individual using the YouDriveHQ Website. In this Agreement and for Partners located within the European Economic Area, “we” and “YouDriveHQ” refer to YouDrive HQ Limited., a company incorporated under the Registrar of Companies of England and Wales with registered office address in 70 Paddock Road, Basingstoke, Hampsire, RG22 6QR, United Kingdom.
For Partners located outside of the European Economic Area, “we” and “YouDriveHQ” refers to YouDrive HQ Limited., a company incorporated under the Registrar of Companies of England and Wales with registered office address in 70 Paddock Road, Basingstoke, Hampsire, RG22 6QR, United Kingdom.
In order to use the YouDriveHQ Website, you must agree to these Terms of Use. They contain many legal disclosures that you should read carefully, including terms that specify permissible uses of the YouDriveHQ Website. By accessing the YouDriveHQ Website, you agree that you are authorized to accept the terms set forth below on behalf of yourself and agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, our Partner Terms and Conditions, and any additional policies made publicly available on the YouDriveHQ Website.

1. Description of the YouDriveHQ Website
The YouDriveHQ Website provides a calendar management application for the driving tuition industry. The YouDriveHQ Website allows Partners to place, accept, conclude, keep records of, and manage products and services provided to their customers (“Consumers”). The YouDriveHQ Website also provides features such as client record management, sales reports, and online bookings.
2. Availability of The YouDriveHQ Website
You acknowledge that there may be interruptions in the delivery of the YouDriveHQ Website that are beyond our control. While we use reasonable efforts to keep the YouDriveHQ Website accessible, the YouDriveHQ Website may be unavailable from time to time for any reason including, but not limited to, routine maintenance. You understand and acknowledge that due to circumstances both within and outside of our control, access to the YouDriveHQ Website may be interrupted, suspended or terminated.
YouDriveHQ retains the right at our sole discretion to deny access to the YouDriveHQ Website to any Partner or Consumer at any time and for any reason. YouDriveHQ is not required to disclose the reason for the denial of access to the YouDriveHQ Website to any of the previously mentioned parties.
3. Operation of The YouDriveHQ Website
We reserve complete and sole discretion with respect to the operation of the YouDriveHQ Website. We may, among other things:
a) make available to third parties information relating to the YouDriveHQ Website, including personal information that you have submitted on the website (subject to the limitations defined in our Privacy Policy);
b) withdraw, suspend or discontinue any functionality or feature of the YouDriveHQ Website; and
c) review uploaded files, forums, chats and user submissions and authorize restrictions on access thereto.
