All the reviews on YouDrive are written by learner-drivers who have completed their experience with their instructor. In addition to a written review, we also ask our customers to provide star ratings.

While initially we will only display our instructors’ star rating, in future you will be able to read all reviews on each instructor. This should help you choose the perfect driving instructor for you.

We ask our learners to complete a review within 14 days of their last lesson. To ensure reviews are impartial and honest, we individually appraise all reviews with our team and the customer.

Writing a review

Reviews are limited to 800 words and follow YouDrive’s Review Policy. The best reviews include information that will help future learner-drivers. For example, we recommend you share information around your interactions with your instructor. We also recommend that you highlight qualities that made the experience special. For example their personality, any personal touches, convenience or special qualities.

Responding to or disputing a review

At YouDrive, our community relies on honest, transparent reviews. If there is something you take issue with please get in touch. While we will only take reviews down if they violate our our review policy, we want to hear all of your concerns – no matter how minor.
